Laser Ultrasonic Resonance System is a tool for non-contact ultrasonic testing, which uses unique air-coupled laser ultrasound technology for high resolution and wide field-of-view (FOV).The perfect combination of fast laser-scanning excitation and air-coupled ultrasonic array receiving achieves the best three aspects: hundred-micron resolution, hundred-millimeter FOV, and frame rate of tens of seconds.It enables both reflection and transmission operating modes with a real-time display of high-resolution C-scan images.

Laser Ultrasonic Resonance System is the perfect tool for non-destructive testing of composites, metals, and adhesive joints. It can be used in aerospace, semiconductor, electronic manufacturing, new energy and other fields of hole, bubble, debonding, and delamination inspection, can also be used for material parameters and performance testing without water or coupling gel.
